Warranty
Bucan warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months after initial date of shipment, provided such products are appropriately installed, operated and maintained. Bucan does not warrant any products against damage by improper specification and/or installation, misuse, neglect, accident, misapplication or any operating conditions beyond our control. Since Bucan has no control over the application in which Bucan heaters are used, we cannot guarantee against heater failure. If within twelve months of shipment from Bucan's plant, any product fails under the above-stated warranty conditions, and provided that the Purchaser gives written notice to Bucan within 30 days of discovery of defect, the Purchaser may return any such product after obtaining approval to do so from Bucan. Upon receipt, Bucan will test and examine the defective merchandise to establish whether in fact the products are defective under warranty conditions, and if so, Bucan will, at its option, (a) replace or repair the product or (b) issue a credit note for the purchase price of that product.
Bucan heating products are not guaranteed against damage caused by corrosion.
Under no circumstances can Bucan's liability exceed the price of purchase of the related product.
Bucan is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of Bucan products, whether a claim for such damages is based upon warranty contract, negligence or other faults. Any labour or other cost associated with removal, reinstallation, modification, replacement, or loss of productivity is not covered by this warranty.
Bucan is not bound to any representation or warranty other than this warranty.
GARANTIE
Bucan garantit ses produits contre tout défaut de matériau ou de main-d’œuvre dans des conditions d’utilisation normale et dans une période de douze mois suivant la date d’expédition. Le cas échéant, le produit sera réparé ou remplacé sans frais.
Tel défaut doit être porté à l’attention du bureau de la compagnie ou le produit a été acheté; lequel est autorisé à faire réparer ou remplacer ledit produit conformément aux conditions de la présente garantie.
La compagnie n’assumera aucune responsabilité pour toutes dépenses encourues en installation, mise hors service, frais de transport ou pour dommages de quelque nature que ce soit, y compris dommages fortuits ou implicites.
Etant donné que nous ne pouvons pas anticiper ou contrôler les conditions dans lesquelles nos produits sont utilisés, nous n’assumons aucune responsabilité pour la sécurité et l’aptitude de nos produits. Les essais de sécurité et d’aptitudes doivent être fait par l’utilisateur.
Cette garantie n’est pas applicable si, à l’avis de Bucan, le dommage ou la défaillance a été le résultat d’un accident, d’une altération, d’un mauvais usage ou usage abusif, ou d’un fonctionnement à une alimentation électrique incorrecte.
Ce qui précède remplace toute autre garantie explicite ou implicite.
Les éléments chauffants ne sont pas garantis contre les dommages causés par la corrosion.
