Gate Body Duct Heaters

Bucan gate body heaters are custom-made duct heaters that have built-in high static pressure axial fans. These heaters provide forced heated air to the internal parts of a gate in order to control humidity and temperature. Bucan gate body heaters are specially engineered to fit into a network of ducts through which the heated air is distributed inside the body of the gate. The heating capacity of these heaters could be as high as 200KW.

Bucan gate body heaters have NEMA 4 construction with a heavy-duty, stainless steel, galvanized or painted housing. Control options include ambient temperature, sensing thermostats or thermocouples, outlet air high or low temperature limit thermostats or thermocouples and air pressure sensing switches.
