Silicone Rubber Enclosure Heaters
Silicone enclosure heaters are ideal for enclosures that are exposed to very low temperatures and contain electrical or electronic components that require freeze or condensation protection.
The heating elements of these units are reliable wire-wound silicone rubber heater. These heaters are supplied either with an air sensing snap-action thermostat molded over the heater or without a thermostat. The silicone heater is vulcanized to a 1/16” thick aluminum plate that has mounting holes.
Silicone enclosure heaters have Teflon insulated lead terminals. The standard rating for units that are supplied with thermostats is 60°F.
