Low Temperature Duct Heaters

Low Temperature Duct Heaters are heavy duty, compact, and highly efficient heating units that are easy to install. They are designed for forced-air heating systems where the outlet temperature does not exceed 750°F.

The heat source is a set of U-shaped tubular elements that are arranged in an optimum configuration to minimize the pressure drop.

Typical applications include forced-air curing, dehumidification, core-drying and paint-drying.

Standard Construction

  • Heavy walled, 0.43” diameter heating elements
  • General purpose terminal enclosure (NEMA 1)
  • Mild steel mounting plate, keeper plate and support hardware

  • Weatherproof terminal enclosure (NEMA 4)

  • 3" mineral wool insulation inside the terminal box (box height will increase to 7")
